Inc.
Completed in March 2000 our new shop is fully equipped with all the tools, machinery and expertise needed to manufacture and repair buckets, as well as a variety of heavy equipment attachments and ready-mix drums. With our lathes we can machine cylindrical parts up to 20'' diameter by 80'' long. The larger of the two lathes has a taper attachment and a 4 1/8'' spindle bore. The ironworker will punch holes up to 1 1/8'' diameter in plate as thick as 1/2 inch. We use 3 Cincinnati milling machines to machine bores, cut keyways and for face milling flat surfaces. The milling machines are equipped with digital read out ability for precise work. In 2005 we added a CNC Amata shear with a capacity of 1/4'' x 10' for fast, accurate cutting of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. In 2006 we purchased an Eagle CPH40 ring roller that can roll and form all sections up to 2 1/2'' diameter in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. With this variety of equipment we not only manufacture and repair buckets and attachments, but we can make repairs to most makes and sizes of construction equipment.
